shows the charge symbol, but does not charge

Hey,

my tablet wont charge its battery, event tho android shows its charging, the same goes for the tablet itself when turned off, it shows 2% and its staying on 2%. I run a custom rom on it and have recently changed a cracked screen, the charging worked after I have replaced it.

I am looking forward to any suggestions on how to fix it :)
