gamakbm, sounds to me like you are saying that your lens does not extend when you turn on your camera. this could be caused by debris between the lens and the housing, or debris with the lens itself. It is also possible that the lens is of the guides. Check on here first for solutions that may work. Even with all those repairs, it is most likely that you will have to replace the lens. Attached image shows all the parts of the lens ;-)
