No sound for MacBook 2012

Hello,

A few months ago I spilled water on my Macbook air 2012 laptop, I dried it as best I could. After a few days I turned it on and it functions as normal except for 2 things

1. There is no sound

2. The USB port on the left side no longer works

I am wondering if replacing the left and right speaker would give me sound, or if the logic board needs to be replaced. (The USB not functioning on that side is not a deal breaker)
