Won't boot past the 'Galaxy SII' screen

My Galaxy had switched itself off. WHen I went to switch it back on, it won't boot past the 'Galaxy SII screen'

The last app I used was to use the camnera to take two photos, closed the app and put the phone back in my pocket.

10 minutes later, I now have this problem. The phone was not dropped.
