Battery replacement procedure failed

I attached the suction cup just like the instructions noted and pulled. The phone would not come apart so I used more force like the video stated. At that time the screen cracked. What to do now?

Yeah, I get that. Was just kind of ticked I followed directions and it's going to cost me even more money now

if the screen is cracked use plastic tape on screen then use suction cup.
