'WiFi: No Hardware installed' after I installed the Dual Hard Drive

Not sure what i did wrong, after the Dual HD installed, in my mac 10.10 i cannot find the wifi, showing'WiFi: No Hardware installed' , but bluetooth, cam mic etc, both working fine, thanks
