Buzzing, Charger Noise, No sound!

Yesterday I grabbed my phone off of my table. The screen was black, but light was still coming off from behind the screen.I force quit the phone and turned it back in and plugged it in. Instead of displaying my phone info it showed the serial number and none of my stuff. Now I plug it in and it keeps making the charger sound and buzzing like crazy, but this time there is no more light coming out through the back of the phone! Its just pitch black now! I haft to turn it off from doing that. Plus there is a faint static sound on the phone. I know it isn't water damage, I watched it all night and I didn't put a drink anywhere near it.
