My Phone Wouldn't see the SIM card & can't feel touches

Please help

My Xperia Z3 Compact was mistakenly put inside Microwave and the Microwave was turned on, immediately the phone was burned at the sim side(Dunno if its caused by radiation), the phone stopped seeing SIM cards and some part of the screen couldn't touch like the up side of the screen feel touch while the middle screen don't, also, Menu, Back & Option on screen feels touches... Pls what part should i change, i want to order the parts from ALIEXPRESS, but dunno what really happened..
