If you are buying an LCD by itself - NO.

If you are buying an LCD assembly in its entirety - YES.

Please for the love of god do not fix this, the X1600 graphics chip will be dead a week after you replace the screen and you will have spent money for nothing. This is assuming that nine year old original hard drive hasn't bit the bucket yet. There is no fixing these properly when they die since X1600 chipsets have not been available for years and the crappy Samsung VRAM on the board will always die when you are replacing the chip. X1600 based boards all belong in the nearest trash, landfill, dumpster, whatever you prefer. ;)
