Why can't I call or text after repairing the S4?

I replaced the lcd with frame on a Samsung Galaxy S4 and now sending texts or calling doesn't work. You can get data, but the cell connection doesn't work. The phone is with Verizon but unlocked for TMobile. I replaced but the cables for the antennas and it didn't help one bit. Do I just need to keep trying? Any other potential issues?
