lcd replacement now signal is weak and cant make calls.

I have recently swapped all of the components (logicboard, cameras, earphone jack, ect ect) onto a new LCD+Frame. Ive done this several times with S3's and S4's so im not exactly new at this but for some reason I can not make any calls on the Note 2 now and i get really bad reception anywhere i go. I have replaced all antennas as well as the charging port unit in which they connect to.

Am now at a loss and dont know what to do. any tips or info would be great!

also.. does anyone know what the silver/metal sheeting like stuff (such as what is behind the charging port unit) is behind several of the components on these phones?

i am going throught the samething and now that i read yours i think the problem is the LCD not the motherboard or whatever. i have disamble and assemble many times and it is still the same. network comes and go and bad reception. thought it was the sim card but when put into another phone, it works perfectly fine. so by the deduction i will say is the LCD.
