Why can't I hear music when my iPod/iPhone is docked?
My speakers play normally when there is no device docked into the docking station. After docking the speakers do not emit any sound.

Locate the volume button on the iPod/iPhone and make sure it is turned up all the way. Locate the volume button on the clock radio and make sure it is not on the lowest setting.
