Lost Home Button Functionality After Replacing Lightning Port

I replaced my Lightning port yesterday and noticed when I put everything back together I lost home button functionality. I regained Lightning functionality and still have speakers and headphone jack working. I tried to line up the contacts and everything looks good.

Any thoughts?
