Hp Pavillion 11×360 laptop power light stays on?

Hello. i have Hp Pavillion 11×360 pc.

My bro was using the Notebook and then he shut it down. But the power light and Fan stays on even the Laptop was off. I just pressed the power button for sometime , then the light goes off and the fan Stopped too.

Now after sometime, i Turned it on and Opened skype. Was talking to my uncle then after sometime, his voice gets deeper and the call stoped. It was showing the call is ongoing but the call was dropped and It start having Horrible sounds( that of Skype ,but in a Deeper method). The call wasnt ending .I Pressed the button many times, but no use, I Tried to open control panel but it wasnt Working. I Atlast Used the screen(i was using touch pad first) and shut it down. tHe shutting down appears but the light and fan stays on. I have to press the button. Then after some time, the Start the system again...The call was running fine but suddenly the Problem Again Starts and then i repeat the procedure. Need help. Please Help. This notebook's so valuable to me. I cannot buy this again please Help
