I want to upgrade my 30 gb iPod photo to 60 gb ipod? what do I need? is it possible? I am thinking that I need 40 or 60 gb back plate to accommodate 60 gb battery, right? is battery same for 30 and 60? do I need to change/upgrade ear bud fittings etc.? thanks, adis

adis, follow this guide for the replacement. the battery and the case should fit without any modification. You listed yours as a 30GB, please make sure that you are looking at the right model. The iPod Photo is actually a modified 4th gen, the most common 30GB is an iPod Video, which is a 5th gen and totally different.
