When I place a New Seagate 1TB SSHD into the xbox one, It stays on the boot screen (Green screen) For a long time, Is there any solutions to this? Is it installing the OS files or something?

If you are using a non-Microsoft hard drive, the device may appear as “unformatted” and you may be prompted to format the hard drive. Try disconnecting your hard drive and then reconnecting it to see if it solves the problem. Also, try to clear the cache on the hard drive.

It may be, we would need more details, swapping the hdd is not an easy task, and i have already bricked one of my xboxes. tread carefully, and try to learn from other's mistakes before taking this task, microsoft has made it increasingly more difficult to replace since release. you can find a lot of info at xecutors webpage, and don't use jrunner, it doesn't work.
