Microphones on iPhone 5c Not Functioning

Hello,

I recently received an iPhone 5c with a bad lower microphone. I first thought it would only require a new lightning port assembly. Upon further examination, however, I found that it was not only this microphone that was non functioning. The rear microphone and in line mic hooked up to the headphone port pick up no sound either.

I did a bit of research and found that it could be a software issue, or worse, a bad or damaged audio IC. I have not yet done a full software reset, but will soon and post if it fixes the issue.

I tested all the mic flex cables with another motherboard and they are all functioning.

Any suggestions?
