Overheating and glitches on iPhone 5s

I dropped my iPhone 5s in the toilet. Took it out real quick and left it to dry for a few days. Once I plugged it and turned it on, I noticed the screen glitching pretty bad like someone else was touching it, and the battery not charging but overheating over time. I replaced the screen and the battery thinking that might do the trick. But the battery still overheats and the screen glitches when the phone is starting to get hot. I cleaned everything really well but everything is still the same. What should I do next?
