Does your touchscreen still response? If so, the glass lens is damaged, a replacement glass costs less than $10. But the repair shop would possibly replace the whole LCD assembly and charge higher as it will make his work easier. A replacement iPhone 4 LCD assembly is about $30.

Thank you,yeah the touchscreen is still okay,just the glass lens plus the button..

Most shops will charge between $40-$65 for the iPhone 4/4S Screen Repairs. The cheapest repairs around are 99% of the time using a cheaper quality LCD (lower quality screen = lower price). If you plan on keeping that phone for a little while, try to find a shop with a good warranty behind their parts. Good luck in your search!
