My laptop won't let me download the 8.1 update?
So a few months ago a virus raged through my poor Asus VivoBook so I rebooted him. This deleted my 8.1 update and I was back to factory settings. Now, it won't let me get the update back. Is there any possible way I can get it or is it a lost cause?

are you having issues that your forced to update? i would not say its a lost cause, but usually its not something casual users need to do.
