reattaching camera flash cable to new rear panel

Hello,

I'm going to order a wood rear panel for my 2013 moto x and feel confident I can remove the rear panel cleanly. The only thing I cannot figure out is if I will be able to:

A: reattach the camera flash cable to the "motherboard"

and B: remove it from the original rear panel to the new wood rear panel.

I cannot find any replacement flash cables on the market.

Any help would be appreciated!
