in my gallery there's the picasa pics. how do I delete them?

I want to know how to delete pics in my gallery. I've got a bunch saved in what is called picasa & I want to delete them so I can have more space freed on my phone. Can someone please help me with this problem? Kerry K carebeark76@gmail.com
