Turning on causes Power Off with a popping noise

Hello! This is my first time posting on ifixit!

I was fishing on a boat in a lake, and my 3DS XL fell in the water. It was completely submerged in water for about 10 seconds before I pulled it out. The 3DS was in sleep mode when it fell in the water...

I wiped it then dried it with rice overnight, then disassembled it to dry and clean it. When I try to power it on, the blue LED light comes on for 3 seconds or so and turns off and makes a popping noise. The orange LED light comes on when I plug in the charger.

Also, sorry this is a doosey, I had a spare 3DS XL that I don't use (the one that fell in the water is the one that I use because it is a special edition) and replaced the top screen, camera, and battery parts because I thought those were damaged the most. I'm going to try to swap the speaker part and see if that works.
