Four in total, 1 in the charger port, 1 in the earphone jack, 2 internal with one of those covering a screw as a warranty proof!

I can only suggest you remove the back panel of the iphone 4. In the teardown you can see them there as well, I'm currently in the middle of a black to white conversion so I can confirm there are 4 litmus indicators. Hope this helps!

Wich color do they have , because the mine are red. En the phone is working, but i don't understand why they red. They supposed to be white don't they?
