What part do I have to replace on my 40'' Philips LCD TV?

Hi, I have a model 40PFL3505d/F7 Phillips LCD TV

There is no picture, but there is sound. The menu/volume do not show up but the Philips logo appears when the tv is turned on. Then the tv goes dark and there is no glow nothing looks turned off but there is still sound. Is there any hope for my tv?

I have a Phillips 40PFL5505D/F7 the place you attach the cable TV cord has come out of the TV. We saudered it back but just popped out after few minutes. Can I replace this part? If so where do I get it?
