Looking for a part - please help

Hi,

I am having problems with my PS3 Super Slim (CECH 4002C) - I am having a problem with a very small PCB part that is associated with the Blu Ray player. This is a very small PCB with a SMT that has a point sticking out - when this part is pressed down by the sliding door (for the disc) it tells the PS3 that the door is closed and that it can start spinning the disc. What has happened is that this SMT has been broken beyond repair - detached from the board as well as being broken inside - definitely needs to be replaced. I hope this is enough description for you to know which part I am talking about. Other details of it are:

Please could you help me identify this part and guide me as to where I could find it - would be very much appreciated!
