I cannot update my gps I formatted the drive but now I cannot get anything to go back on

had the same problem Tom-tom no help. Fixed it by replacing the usb cord

I turn on my GPS, The light come on, but when I touch the screen, it did not workk

When the light is on, I used my finger to move up, down, left and right, but it stay like "dead"
