replaced powersupply No power, no led
Hello,
I replaced the powersupply , but the imac still has no power, no led and no sound.
Is there anything else I can check.

Do you have a surge protector or UPS? Try using a different outlet directly.

i have moved to a different house. still no luck.
Do you have power going to the power supply? Just to make sure.

I tested the voltage at the point where the black 2 wire harnest connects to the powersupply and i get the get volt reading.. What else can I check ?

Can you give us some details on what happened just before the system failed and why you thought it was the power supply.

I went to turn it on after being off for 1 week. It never came on.
