Cable can't be fully inserted into the Dock Connector/Charging Port

I think the title speaks for itself.

When I try to forcefully insert farther, it'll either slant to the right or to the right. Can anyone highlight to me what's the issue?

But anyway, I'm still able to charge despite having this issue.

I'm contemplating whether to replace my dock connector or not.

Please advise, thank you.
