There should be a guide on repairs for this phone, I have seen it over 4 times in this month only. Anyone have guides for this?

ebaton, there are none on IFIXIT yet, so it is time for you to make one for all of us. You did not tell us what specifically you are looking for. There are a few instructions on this site and here is a video about the screen replacement. Here is a video about the disassembly. Again, take lots of pictures and make a guide.
