Is it possible to upgrade to a iPhone 5s camera?
I was wondering if it would be possible to upgrade the camera in my iPod touch 5th gen to the camera in the iphone 5s?

Unfortunately no. If you take a look at the pins on the connection, you can see they aren't the same.
