WiFi and Bluetooth are no longer working, is it fixable?

WiFi connection dropped during use, talked to customer service and did a hard reset. Well that didn't work and noticed Bluetooth was out as well. Did some research, most suggestions I found had to do with smacking it on the back... doesn't seem too wise. I can't find a whole lot of info for where the Wifi/bluetooth module is. I read some where that it's in the left speaker, but I'm not 100% and I really don't feel like buying a bunch of parts till I figure it out. Can someone give me some guidance on where it's located and where I can purchase one from? Thank you in advanced.
