What are the IC's where the IMEI and Apple ID are stored?

I've bought an used iphone 4s GSM online but unfortunatly it was a scam, it was ID locked...

so i searched on ebay for an used logic board whitout ID lock and i found one unlocked but the camera conector and some components arround are missing/scratched. Everything but the camera is working well, so i thought in replacing the IC's from the locked phone with the IC's from the logic board that are unlocked.
