4 Why isn't my Mini-Prep Plus turning on?
The chopper is not responsive when the chop or grind buttons are pressed.

Also, ensure the plastic tab of the bowl cover locks into the slot on the back of the machine. This will short the safety switch.

Check and ensure that power cord is plugged in. If the power cord is plugged into a working power outlet and there is food inside the workbowl, try removing some of the contents and attempt use again. Failure to "turn on" may be caused by overloading the workbowl to a point where the contents prevent the motor from functioning properly.

I've only used this machine a couple of times and it worked perfectly. Went to use it today and no response. I've done all the trouble shooting tips.
