iPhone 4 why not charging?

Guys so this what did happen,

I got an iphone 4 it was in bad condition external and internal it was in good chape and fully workin the one thing that was bad internal was the battery connector, it was ript off from logic board but the connector pads where in good condition all 4 of them where there intact so i toke my phone for an store where my phone was soldered professionaly the work was super well done and looks even much better than original soldering! So i also did change the old battery for new one at that store the soldering was 35€ + 20 euros battery and phone was in good chape just like new no scratches and even the interior like new! Then i got home and started to use and i'm on iOS 7.1.2 late version, i know that battery drain fast on the iphones with ios7, but i did some fixes turning here and there apps, and okay so 3rd day of use i did fully let my iphone discharged and today morning i waked up and try to turn phone back on but there was no battery totaly!

Só i connected to the wall charger and is original Apple and is okay it works perfect and did worked always no problems!

Then on the screen of my phone show up as normal the Battery logo with small red bar, then the screen turned black normaly and i was doing my stuff outside, when i turned back to check it i saw that the phone was doing that lopping of apple logo just what you see on the video, ater that loop screen go black again and all starts again first battery logo then apple logo and loop then like this over and over!

Guys this phone was totaly restored to perfect working condition only the parts that i can suspect is the connector dock since is original 2 years, then the soldering but they sure me that soldering was done with microscope and proper soldering machine and all was tested and works fine! :/

Help me guys some one that got same problem let me know what you did to solve this up!

Try another battery that's all the signs of a faulty battery..

Plus if dock was faulty it's wouldn't work the face that is only loops when plugged in shows the dock is working .. Try another battery

Thank you my friend! But this is second battery that this happend, but first one was realy faulty, this one did worked fine like 3 days, and i did charged it and discharged it not totaly there always where left about 2% few times and no problems, but i just did forgot and didn't put the phone to charger when it was about 18% and i did go sleep but when i waked up morning i did puted it to charge and then bamm! Once more this story can't charge can't go true the apple logo :/ I will contact the store so they check this out and fix this since phone was fixed there before on battery connecotr by soldering it. Hope they fix this!

I also tomorow will order two parts for this phone the one is going to be the dock connector and the other is the flex fit for audio jack, volume buttons and silence button, since my silence button is not working and my phone is always in silence :/

I realy would like to test out this battery first so to be sure that is battary but is a second battery that this happend mate :/

Also i would like to know can i turn the phone connecoted to the wallcharger without the battery pluged in then at the time that phone is booting up i plug back in the battery will this turn the phone on ?
