How to fix GPU failure on MacBook Pro 17" Unibody Early 2011?

I am starting a new thread .... I have a 2011 17" mac book pro that seems to have that notorious failing GPU I have read in many places including here a fix it a blanket wrap or taking the logic board out and baking it

Can I ask which you guys recommend?

I did the logic board bake 340 degrees for 7 minutes.. it worked perfectly!
