It sounds like you have two issues here:

You state the system does run working from the power adapter. So do you see the faint image of the desktop on the display? Use a flashlight to shine tough the lids Apple logo (a poor mans backlight), are you able to see the desktop icons? If you are then you know there is an issue is within the backlight circuit. Which could be a fuse, bad cable, WLED or inverter depending on the model.

Your second issue where your system won't work with the battery alone tells me you have a power control issue which often comes down to a burn't FET or comparator in the charging circuit.

But without knowing the exact model we really can't answer your question.

The 820-2936-b logic board is not from a MacBook but a MacBook Pro.

yes 2011 macbook pro a1278 i5, 13"

yes i have two compactly different issue

1. no back light, with a flash light i can see the image , with external monitor it works fine , so i need to know the fuse, or the reason, already cheak with a different lcd from still no backlit so it must be logic board,

2. with out magsafe it doesnot turn on, but battery receive charge . it was liquid spilled, i already cleanned it professionally. im assuming some fuse or capacitor also burnt out

Did you fully remove the logic board when you cleaned it? On the other side there are more logic which may need cleaning. To fix the display OT's answer should do it.

sabrinachristal, the fuse is reference designator F9700 and is a 2AMP-32V in a 0402 package. Hope this helps, good luck.

Update

Block Image

Reference designator U9701 is the LP8550 backlight driver.
