I accidentally dropped it the other day and to my dismay, the screen had this posterized effect. I was shocked because when I dropped it, the tab was wearing a flip cover, a thick one (Belkin) that's why I didn't thnk it would malfunction but yeah, it did, Now the screen won't display anything. It has no scratches, no cracks, AND NO DISPLAY. :(

Unfortunately it sounds like you will need to replace the LCD to get you display working again, if you do the repair yourself don't buy the cheapest LCD you come across try and buy original or oem display.

Looks like my parents will roast me alive lol. Hoping Samsung can repair it for an inexpensive amount.
