Functional iPhone, Fuzzy Screen (Photo included)

I've revived an iPhone 4S changing the dock flex and it came back to life.

But the screen (look the photo) looks all fuzzy and in negative colours, in the DFU mode and in the Apple (boot).

What do you think? LCD broken? Logicboard?
