people can't hear me & I can't hear them when calling

Telephone fully functional & everything works except when i make AT&T phone call: people can't hear me and i can't hear them.

Facetime, Viber, tango, Music, Youtube.. all sound systems works except phone calls.

I contacted AT&T and changed sim card; problem Not solved

I contacted Apple Support they suggested to restore phone, i did; problem Not solved.

Any ideas ?

Sounds like the auto ic chip is gone

This is a motherboard problem not a part problem

Toni, possibly that this is caused by cold solder joints on the audio management IC, or by a software incompatibility with iOS 6 or greater. Make a call to a nearby phone there should be no audio but if you press the numbers on the iPhone's keyboard, those sounds are transmitted to the other phone. Then this would be most likely an iOS problem.
