4s speaker quality is still distorted after new install

Hello,

I recently replaced my speaker enclosure on my IPhone 4s due to distorted/crackling audio quality. I will admit, the speaker quality is better than the old one but there is still a significant crackle. I'm wondering if it is the quality of speaker iFixit sells or if there is another component/setting I should be looking into.
