Why does it keep freezing up before starting up?

Before my phone stopped working, the battery kept dying at like 5 or 4 percent. Then it just stopped booting up. It freezes and stays at the "Galaxy Note II" screen. Please help...

Hi,

Can you enter in the Android System Recovery menu (Home + Volume Up + Power) or Download mode (Home + Volume Down + Power). If yes, may be you have a software problem. Then you can do a Factory reset from the Android Recovery menu. Also you can flash the mobile with Odin from Download mode. This operation will erase all your personal data !!!

If this not fix your phone, you have a hardware problem. You must search for a mobile phone specialist.
