Screen has green vertical lines and went blank on right side, why?
MY HP Pavillion G7 started with green vertical lines on 2/3rds of the screen, from the middle to the right. Now the right 3rd is blank white and the middle 3rd has white or yellow vertical lines. the computer seems to work fine otherwise but because of the blank right side I can't properly shut down the computer. Please tell me what could be causing this and if I can repair it myself or should I go to a professional.
