Okay, I have a video iPod (I think 5th gen) and the hold switch is loose. I can't get the iPod to go off of hold because of this. It just moves without actually changing anything and I don't know of any other ways to get the iPod off of hold. Is there any way I can fix this?

Kairi Oliver, yes there is a fix for it. Replace the flex for the audio jack/hold switch. Here is the guide for it. Before you order a replacement part, make sure that you properly identify your iPod. Hope this helps, good luck.
