Why wont my Toshiba Satellite L775D laptop charge?

Hello.I have a Toshiba satellite laptop L755D-21J, every time when i charge my computer it says charging, but the % level just gets lower and lower. WHY?

hami, it is possible that you have a bad battery. I would replace that one first. If you are still having issues after that, you will have to take a look at your board for damaged charge circuitry components.
