Can I repair the rear camera lense?

So it's Memorial day, last night I tried to take some pictures of the Florida sunset, and my phone decides it cannot focus on anything while in a greater than 1.0 zoom. Flip it over, and the lense looks like it was smashed with a Phillips head screwdriver. I have no idea when this happened, I haven't dropped my phone, and it's in a somewhat generic case I got with a Verizon goody bundle. The pictures of the teardown show the camera module without lense, so I'm hoping there's a chance I can replace the lense.
