My ipad2 is not charging a1396
i dropped my ipad on the floor and it got a crack on the screen i went to the engineer he fixed the crack and since my ipad is not charging

Is the iPad recognized by iTunes when you connected to the computer? If the computer recognizes it, but it doesn't charge it?
It is not recognized it sounds like they might have accidentally ripped your dock connector flex during the screen replacement, or left it disconnected for some reason
