Could you please help me with this. Sometimes my iphone 4 gets distorted or disoriented color at first i thought it was just inverted but when i checked it on settings its not. I get this allot when using the main camera or just by using it . (sorry for my bad english)

Could be a simple case that the display is not seeded correctly open it up and make sure if they are seeded and it still happen it could be a damaged screen..
Was the screen in the phone ever replaced?

It sounds to me to be a program problem since it happens every-time you open up your camera which is considered a high-power process. So I would either take it to an Apple specialist to see if its a program problem or hardware. I also would take a look at the leads of the screen for any short circuit burns or connection problems.
