Can I replace top case using older model parts?

I spilt soft drink on my MacBook Pro and have been told I need a replacement top case as keys are now sticking. I was just wondering if this requires a new top case for this model or if I can use a top case from the old A1286 15"? Please help as all the quotes i have so far received are extreme.

I have tried to clean it multiple times with isopropyl and it comes good for a few hours and some keys don't stick any more but certain keys like the spacebar are really sticky. I have seen apple's cleaning guide, but stickiness still remains. I don't want to pop the keys of as I don't want to damage them, so it's looking like my only option to replace the top case, (any one that can tell me how difficult/risky it is to remove and replace the keys would be appreciated) but I have had multiple quotes and they are all around $600 Australian or more. That's why I need to know if i can fit the older top case and then I can halve the price by buying a case of ebay.

I don't know if you can change those parts - but maybe you should try to clean it first

removing the keys is not that problematic, here is a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jSpPlMdGv...

Thanks, but as the latest person to comment that video says it is not the same as a MacBook Pro 2010 keyboard. I need something that shows me how to remove the keys on the 2010 model. And i need to know if its possible to replace the top case with and older model part.
