On the logic board, there a springy spike. I snap 1 of them . Is it okay ? Or it would be a problem. It is the spike to hold between the close lid and the logic board.

If it wasn't needed it wouldn't be there. The laptop may still operate or it may not. Without a picture your description is not clear to me. At this point to ad an image use edit - do not create another new question.

Those spikes are probably for removing/shielding EMI-interference. Should work with a spike missing.
